FlySexsick-seq is a transcriptomic resource for the study of sexually dimorphic responses upon infection. In FlySexsick, you can find gene expression data for every gene in unchallenged condition (UC) and following injection of the Gram-negative bacterium Providencia Rettgeri. We provide expression data at 8 hours post-infection.
This resource is associated with the publication: The Toll pathway underlies sexual dimorphism in resistance to both Gram-negative and positive-bacteria in Drosophila. David F. Duneau, Gerardo A. Ortiz, Hannah C. Kondolf, Christopher Chow, Michael A. Fox, Ana T. Eugenio, John D. Vandenberg, Nicolas Buchon, Brian Lazzaro.
